Vibrant and gracious, Susannah brings an unforgettable touch to every gathering.
​
Born and raised in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Susannah grew up in a large family where etiquette and entertaining came together naturally. She earned a psychology degree from Princeton University and an MBA from the University of Georgia before beginning her career as a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
​
Later, while raising three children with her husband as an expat in Brussels, Belgium, Susannah became keenly aware of different styles of etiquette. She learned to blend her Southern sensibility with the nuances of international culture, gaining new perspectives along the way. Each experience added something to her etiquette toolkit, and she found herself creating memories not only for her family, but for those around her, as well. Susannah loves to combine education with entertainment, and SET FOR THE GUEST is her way of sharing her passion for etiquette and edu-tainment with others.

Now back in Winston-Salem, Susannah assists both nonprofit and for profit organizations articulate their missions. A Certified Bourbon Professional through The Council of Whiskey Masters, Susannah is a lifelong learner and happy to share with others what she’s gathered along the way.
